In this episode Power CEO Kadeem stops by to discuss his journey building a record label and management company from the ground up. For 50 mins I sat with Kadeem and discussed a variety of topics and left with a better understanding of him personally and what he does for a living, along with picking up plenty of gems regarding entrepreneurship, building a team, the music industry, marriage and so much more.

Special thanks first and foremost goes out to Kadeem for collaborating with me on something special. My next thanks goes out to Jaylynd, thank you for aligning this interview. Along with the countless other things you do behind the scenes when it comes to taking this podcast to the next level, your efforts are truly appreciated. Another thanks goes out to my long time friend, my role dawg Tae for assisting with the editing of this particular episode. I knew I needed a third-party to make sure this podcast came out the way I envisioned it to be and you definitely helped secure that vision. Lastly, thank you Dani Beck for your continuous mentorship and teaching me how to turn an online business. Beats By: JKBeats313 -  Grind Heavy & Thinking Skeyez Beats - Lover Boy Interlude
