Allen has been doing so many things for free for so long. He is running free Facebook groups, free communities, a free podcast, he is volunteering in his church - he is doing all these things and it is stacking up on him. This overwhelm caused Allen to be confused about where to spend his time so that he can grow and build momentum to make this into a really successful online business.
