James III (Black Men Can't Jump [In Hollywood] podcast) and William (Bill) DeMeritt (actor and writer) join Flixwatcher to review James’ choice Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) is the fifth instalment in the Jurassic Park film series. Directed by J. A. (The Impossible) Bayona, Fallen Kingdom sees Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, BD Wong, and Jeff Goldblum reprise their roles from the previous films. Dinosaurs are facing extinction (again) due to volcanic eruption on Isla Nublar. Dr. Ian Malcolm (Goldblum) testifies that the dinosaurs should be left to perish. However, John Hammond’s former partner Sir Benjamin Lockwood (James Cromwell) has other ideas and wants to clone the remaining dinosaurs under the guise of rescuing them. Cue Claire (Dallas Howard) recruiting former Velociraptor trainer Grady (Pratt) to help capture the last surviving Velociraptor.As with all the Jurassic Park films, wherever there are dinosaurs, things never go to plan. Despite there being more dinosaurs and more action Fallen Kingdom fails to match or even come close to being as good as Jurassic Park.Recommendability scores for Fallen Kingdom were not very high.
