Life experiences are designed to build inner strength, develop character and groom understanding toward purpose. For most people, these life occurrences are perceived as unfortunate events lowering self-esteem versus a building of strength in character. However, these life trials typically climax toward an objective defining an inner desire. Often, it is challenging to self-identify or interpret this hidden aspiration due to a deeper fear that it might require an uncomfortable change. Ultimately, every individual is given a choice of turning any weakness into a powerful strength by stepping outside his or her comfort zone.
As a spiritual guide assisting people with the reconnection of their inner strength, I find fascination with individual growth. I view each client as a flower. Frequently, I am faced with an injured flower. Some are missing a snippet from their leaf. Others are impaired at the root. Damage to any part of the flower, albeit big or small, can cause a feeling of absence. Frequently, the source of discomfort is driven within their digestive tract. An inclination to detox residual debris will direct a client to my office. Fortunately, a simple education of gut sentiment fosters a new awareness that the missing key to physical, mental, emotional or spiritual repair is motivated by internal restoration. This paradigm shift marks the beginning of express evolution.
Low self-esteem is cultivated by adverse experiences and sustained through negative thought. Long after an experience, a person will continually replay the event in his or her mind. The replay intensifies a feeling of unworthiness and subsequently affects digestion. These experiences can include, but are not limited to:
It is important to understand that each interaction, whether self-interpreted as untroubling, bothersome or hurtful, has an impact on esteem and body function. Any occurrence is processed within the mind and filtered by digestion. An emotional feeling developed from the incident can inhibit digestive function thus creating stomach pain, abdominal discomfort, colon constipation or similar. However, this mayhem serves as a red flag to emotional suffering. An exploration of this overdue task will identify reasons for low self esteem while simultaneously empowering confidence.
Self-preservation allows a justification that opposes any upsetting circumstance. Furthermore, this survival tactic will refute the destruction of self-esteem, self-love or self-care triggered by unsettling events. Sadly, this behavior is politely labeled as EGO-BASED DENIAL. An individual will seek my services when the desire to live a grounded life becomes stronger than the need to live in denial. At this point, the person is ready to step outside their comfort zone.
In my office a client will move through the process of Guided Colonic Cleansing. The procedure hydrates, activates and eliminates stagnant waste from the colon while concurrently fostering a reconnection between the mind and gut function. Throughout this practice, the mind-gut connection is utilized to help a client:
The end result is progressive empowerment as well as improved digestion. Colon function offers much more than cleansing opportunities. Gut instinct is a precursory term for the broader communication rendered through a colon. For the seeker of long-term liberation from low self-esteem, try Guided Colonic Cleansing.
