Heather has a long history of fishing along side her dad in the Florida keys. With Heather by her Dad’s side, she learned conservation and cares deeply about her natural surroundings. Today, she is giving back some of the passion she feels for fly fishing to students and young people at all stages of exposure to the sport. I went to Florida State University and majored in Marketing and Hospitality. Summers were spent working with an assortment of fishing organizations such as Tropic Star Lodge, Trout Unlimited, CCA, CFCW, and Costa. I knew I wanted to follow my passion and have a career within the fishing industry that gravitated towards conservation, travel, and education. After graduation I was exposed to Fish for Change and fell in love with the organization. I became the Director of Operations and here we are!
