This week's conversation is with Erik Garlington, vocalist and guitarist of Proper.  Proper performs a unique brand of punk and emo, with influences ranging from hip hop to progressive metal to R&B. Their sophomore album, I Spent the Winter Writing Songs About Getting Better, is available now on Big Scary Monsters.
