Today is Monday April 10th and I sit in the Reykyavik fish restaurant and start to put structure around my recent #EveFanfest experience.  There were many moments that stick out in my mind still and this is as much to reinforce them in my own memory as to share them with others.

1. Acceptance of me and Utopia42 back into the community - Its with humility that I felt as though I was welcomed back into the Eve Community.  While I encountered my share of skeptics, everyone still was supportive of me trying to realize my idea.  A most humble thank you for the inclusion back into the community.
2. What I want to do in Eve Online - I want to fly in an Alliance Tournament again.  I want to build and train newbros in PvP.  I want to contribute to the Eve immersion by role playing Silicon Buddha (the capsuleer).  I want to stream my re-immersion into PvP centric skills to help others learn too (and entertain).  Stream name = Philisophy under the Influence
3. Plans - Structure/Logistics - Complete corp structure (bottom-up), position criteria and succession plans, + benefits.  Post financial transparency intent and report.  Post list of help needed roles.  Encourage "Do-ocracy".  Define Utopia42 corp vs Utopia42 alliance.  Create Utopia42 "newbro" guide by simply referencing existing "best of" material.  Create ship doctorines.
4. Plans - Actions - Fly with Brave for PVP (offer to FC, start as tackle).  Fly with Aka wormholers to re-learn scanning like a boss.  Fly in open fleets (uni/brave/zarvox/daniel) where access to comms is available.  Get over the "combat shakes" by getting the shakes a lot.
