045 -Dole Whipped!

Dole Whip Dessert

We wrap up our show of Food and Fury with a special Dessert, Dole Whip. This recipe doesn’t require a flight to Orlando. We do our show and take some time to reminisce. Look forward to our upcoming podcast announcement in the Fall.

Ingredients

• 20 oz can of Pineapple Pieces (drained)
• 8 oz container of Cool Whip
• 2 TBSP Sugar
• 1 Cup Pineapple Juice

How to make:

• Combine all ingredients in the blender.
• Blend until smooth.
• Transfer mixture to freezer safe container.
• Freeze for several hours (or until firm)

Serve chilled with pineapple juice.  (We put our frozen mixture in this Black & Decker  Arctic Twister Ice Cream Mixer to give ours a soft server texture!)
