Alex Palou drives the No.10 NTT DATA Honda in the INDYCAR series for Chip Ganassi Racing. He's the first Spaniard to win the INDYCAR Series title. In his first race as defending champ in the 2022 season he finished 2nd at the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. As INDYCAR gets into full swing we wanted to share the episode again as Lindsay Berra talked with Alex about how he eats and trains to literally fuel performance.
