American middle distance runner, Emma Coburn specializes in the Steeplechase. At the 2017 World Championships in London, Emma won the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:02.58, breaking her own American record. Previously, she set an American record of 9:07.63 in the same event to win a bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games. And she's She is a nine-time (2011, 2012, 2014-2019, and 2021) US National Champion. Emma runs seven days a week but also finds time to be a foodie and author of a cookbook, The Runner's Kitchen.
