In this episode, we talk with David Wood, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer, Gateway Financial Partners and Co-Founder at BlueFish Advisor Marketing.  We spent a lot of time talking about the new buy in plan the financial advisors have with Gateway and how David feels this approach is different and better than other plans.  We also went through what Gateway is doing when advisors are looking to exit and how Gateway is not planning any exit anytime soon.  We also spent time going over the aging demographic in our business and what younger advisors are looking for.
