As we seek to become like Jesus, these practices not only display humility but also cultivate humility—as God’s works in us to will and act according to his good pleasure in these ways.

We’re usually decent at serving those around us, but what those far? What about the poor? Let's find Christ among the poor by looking at Matthew 25, and discuss what this looks like, especially for Americans today. We’re called to submit to, even obey, those in authority. What authorities are we to submit to based on Scripture? And what does it look like to submit to them according to biblical teaching? Then, confession.
