In this latest episode of the Forever Blue Chelsea FC podcast i will be giving you my take on the rasicm in football.

I will be telling you some facts of the game regarding black players and also leaving a few things up for discussion.

Why is there so little black managers? Why is there so little black people in higher power in football? How many black referees are there? How many Black managers are there?

I will be answering these questions and giving you my own opinion.

I will be giving you the information for you to discuss with friends or family in your own time or even with me via social media.

What can we do to help stop the racism in football and outside of football? How can we show people that everyone is the same.  How can show people that whether your black or white, we all share the same love for our sport. We all bleed red and we all have feelings and our own opinions.

We must work together to put a stop to this disgusting behavior and we must do more within our own bubbles to stop and educate people on the matter.

No one is born a racist.
