In this episode, Trey Ryder talks about emotional control and what that means. My son, came up to me and stated he wanted to talk with me because he thought he did something wrong. Of course it was right before bed time but I felt it was important that we spoke about what was on his mind. As he explained his story that he and his friends had been in an argument and it became a little physical, I knew it all came down to one thing, emotional control. I have fell victim to letting my emotions control my decisions. I used to let my life run by how I was feeling emotionally.
