Well, this is going to be short, but to the point.  When we try to do things on our own things can get messy.  You know the slimy, yucky stuff that get in the way of our lives.

You know things like:

Going through a bunch of jobs in short periods of time

Going through girlfriends (or boyfriends) in short periods of time

Or worse, going through a bunch of marriages in a short period of time

Seeming to do all the wrong things when raising our children

Messing up on the job

Messing up in the church

Messing up with our friends

Messing up in school

You get the picture.  When we let God do His work, things work out a lot better.  We can REALLY trust Him.
