The Fostering Empathy podcast seeks to enhance human connection through the sharing of perspectives and experiences. Empathy is a powerful skill that we all can get better at. One of the best ways to become more empathetic is to learn about the stories of other people and to take a walk in their shoes. This podcast will aid in this by providing interview based episodes where I will be getting deep into the perspectives and experiences of the guest. Interspersed between the interviews, I will provide my own solo commentary and experiences as well. Vulnerability is powerful, and bringing lived experiences to the forefront of discussion on current events can insert much needed humanity back into the conversations.
