Today’s conversation is with Vijay Nadadur, co-founder of Stride.AI - I had a great time chatting with Vijay and learning how his team took some very technical thesis work and turned it into a really compelling product. Their journey has not been without some big ups and downs, having gone through 4 different accelerators on 3 continents, but their story of dealing with detractors, building relationships and getting to cash flow positive, really inspired me and I think his wisdom will inspire you too.
Vijay's shares his advice on setting goals, bootstrapping, working remotely - and so many pieces in between. He shares the value and experience of taking his company through The Lisbon Challenge, Startup Chille, NUMA Paris and Sprint Techstars. Vijay's outlook and positive attitude, really are inspiring - even when faced with adversity, he has been able to lead his team with vision. Stride.AI has evolved as they have found success, and our conversation with Vijay really takes us behind the scenes - from being very frugal to rewarding employees for their sacrifice. There really are too many good nuggets of wisdom to recap, so please enjoy our conversation and be sure to help Vijay out, by being welcoming and giving first to entrepreneurs that you meet.
In this Episode, we feature two companies who have just started their accelerator journey:
