Adaptability is a necessary element for entrepreneurship. After starting their careers in banking, Eunice LaFate and Stephen Sye decided to shift course. Eunice opened Delaware’s LaFate Gallery to invite people into the world of fine art and expression. 

With a childhood love for gaming, Stephen founded Futures First Gaming when he realized how underrepresented African Americans are to the gaming community (less than 2%). Both turned a hobby into a business to create opportunities for more people to experience joy and creativity.
