I'm not usually into amateur, "bantering" podcasts, but this is one huge exception. This podcast is geared to a "younger" birding demographic, or at least one that eschews the stuffy, self-important part of the community that can make it intimidating to navigate. They regularly interview intriguing guests, and they otherwise cover interesting topics in the modern birding landscape.
