Joining the show today is Des Stephens. Des is the dynamic owner/operator of Mosquito Shield in northwest Los Angeles. 

Des grew up in a family of both franchisees  and franchisors and was recently featured in Top Women in Franchising. 

Des is on track to set a record for first-year sales records. 

 The decision to purchase her franchise in April 2021 has indeed changed her life, allowing her to focus on her personal core values of health, happiness, and service.

As a former D1 student athlete, Des is now encouraging other women to make their own bold statements through business ownership.
