I spot him sitting at the sushi bar. He’s not wearing the hat, but there’s no mistaking a cowboy in a strip mall sushi restaurant smack-dab-in-the-middle of some idle Tuesday in L.A. There’s also no mistaking the look on the cowboy’s face when he first sees me.
