Dear Friends, Family, Revolutionaries, and the Uninitiated,

The future of voting is in the hands of the new generations, and we are changing the old guard. We speak with Vista City Council member Katie Melendez on real issues effecting working class people. We learn how to participate in voting and politics, by more than just coloring in bubbles once a year.  Contacting your representatives does matter. Local politics are more impactful than National politics, yet we invest less of our attention to it. When we vote for an Elected, we are entrusting them with their decision making ability for them to vote on our behalf.  Learn about who these people are and find someone who shares your values. For those disenfranchised about the democratic system, griping is not going to help. Put on your glasses, do your research, then rock the vote!
