Stephanie Carroll is a dreamer, aerialist, self-healer, and survivor. After finding herself in the same patterns with different people, again and again, she embarked on her healing journey.

Stephanie has first-hand experience of what it takes to heal the mind, body, heart, and soul from a lifetime of adversity. She has trained in an array of healing modalities including earning a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Carson Newman University. Stephanie is passionate about healing and inspiring others on their healing journey.
