Today I'm chatting with Paul Stallard, my co-founder at InTheKitchen.

Paul has a PhD about bookshops. He spent 20 years working as a strategist and a Director in brand, digital and advertising agencies. He runs an experience design agency called Beautiful Everything. He was European MD for a global supplements brand and Brand Director for a global functional and genetic health brand. He is a student with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. He currently has various start up projects on the go that all have something to do with inspiring and energising people to live healthier lives.

He is an evangelist for plant based nutrition, healthy smoothies, the social benefits of sitting around campfires having a chat, the importance of the microbiome for good compost and good gut health and the wellbeing effects of nature, art, music, cocktails and good food.
