 • Some white pepper powder
 • 1 tbsp white sesame
 • 1 tbsp chopped garlic 
 • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
 • Half tbsp sugar 
 • 1 tbsp soy sauce
 • 1 tbsp premium dark soy sauce
 • 1 tbsp Sichuan (Szechuan) peppercorn oil 
 • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 • Lime/ Lemon juice
