Speaker: Jeff Jarvis
To say it mildly, it’s been difficult to connect with others in meaningful ways over the past year. Many are feeling disconnected and lonely - missing the days when hanging with friends was so easy. But for some, the pandemic has been a welcome reprieve from some of the people in their lives. It’s remarkable, isn’t it, how much our friendships can add or subtract from our well-being?
Perhaps, while we’re locked down, this is a great time to perform some friendship analysis - to do some social self-care. To ask ourselves pointed questions about the health of our relationship/friendship circles. And to engage in some proactive work that could lead to more meaningful social lives in 2021.
