In this episode you get to know Diogo Barroca and his path from being a shy young man not daring to talk to women and with low energy levels and self-esteem. To waking up refreshed, full of energy with an inner guidance and joy to live life. He started helping other guys to date and had in 2020 during the lock down period his big awakening to the spiritual self. A huge self-realisation process that started already before 2020. Diogo is very open and shares his video game addiction he hand and what he learned from it, the change to date many girls and how he mastered this skill so he could coach other men. How he sees relationships now and how he uses them to grow as a person.

A few sentences that stuck with me are:

• Being present in the now, not knowing what comes and walking towards the unknown.
• Master the process of learning how to learn.
• Create momentum by starting with very small and easy steps. Don’t have expectations of the outcome.
• Don’t have a plan B. Then you will go all in. Better chances of success and change.
