On episode #16 of Depression to Expression, I have an insightful conversation with Richard Zinck, a Solutions Consultant and Sales Coach, who trains entrepreneurs how to access their flow state. Richard a successful entrepreneur himself, once named Ontario’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Nominated for Canada’s Entrepreneur of the year. Richard realized he had a powerful gift at the young age of 13. Always full of ideas, he started his first business at the age of 18. For 55 years Richard kept his ideas and his tricks of the trade to himself, feeling as if he would literally die if he revealed his ideas to anyone believing, that he was the source of ideas.

At 55, he realized his ideas and creations came from a higher source they were not his ideas at all. It was his heart felt appreciation for these ideas that opened a floodgate and allowed even more ideas to come in and in more of a flow state. Still feeling as if he needed to keep these ideas to himself, a friend approached him and told him that he needed to share his gift with others, that he wouldn’t physically die but the old Richard would die and the new Richard would show up.

That was 7 years ago, now Richard shares his gift with others. The same gift that Richard sees in everyone, a gift that will make each one of us a winner. Tune in as Richard tells everyone what has propelled him to success and how you too can implement his techniques so that you too can find success in business and life itself.

Richard advises everyone to just start writing stories. Write as if you are the only one that will ever read them. Write without thought of what other people may think. Write for you, and you will learn much more about yourself.
