Awe is a powerful emotion,  a truly raw, visceral, reaction – completely overwhelming -in joy, in fear, or in disbelief.  It is a feeling of astonishment, horror, or reverence, but does not always spark curiosity like wonder.  Awe leaves me awash in a slurry of emotion – gratitude, joy, and disbelief, rooted so firmly in the present moment and in my deep connection to the Universe.  Join me in this episode 9 as I explore Awe through my stories, writing and practice.
