Dr. Johnny Parker
Every leader’s life and leadership tells a story. The Frontstage (external) signifies appearance, achievement, productivity, strategy, technology, relationships. The Backstage (internal) is where the leader’s true story emerges. I use the acrostic S. T.O. R.Y. to illustrate. S - Soul (Identity)T - Transparency (EQ)O - Optimal (Mindset)R - Rhythm (Life and Work Rhythm)Y - Yield (Thrive and Aspirational)
In a nutshell a leader’s external success is sustained by internal health.
