Our definitions of...

Abolition: The action or act of abolishing systems of harm

Transformative Justice (TJ): Transformative justice is defined as a community-based response to violence, harm, abuse, and conflict that gets to the root of the cause. This lifestyle has been practiced away from the state, for centuries by indigenous, black, queer, immigrant, low-income, disabled, and sex work communities

Circle process: Restorecircles.love defines circle process as something that is layered. The first layer of circle is the long-term process of building relationships. The person hosting the circle minds the long-term process of building relationships and also creates opportunities to tend to those relationships. Circle is a sacred space for relationship building and can be used to support folk on their accountability journey
