Self-reflection is a great tool to help us recognise past patterns of behaviour and keep us on track with our healing journeys.
But what happens when we fall too far into our own thoughts> We stop living, and start predicting, spiraling until the moments gone and we potentially have missed out on something, or someone great!
I want to talk about how we can become more self-aware with self-selection, versus self-sabotage (how too much self-reflection leads to missed moments of joy and pleasure!).
This episode was inspired both some recent life experiences of mine and a poignant quote by iambryllant on Instagram.
