Whether you’re an expert or, you’re simply curious to explore these ancient fermentation techniques, this event is for you.  Hosted by Harry Rosenblum,of HRN’s Time for Lunch and Feast Yr Ears, this program is all about exploring our modern relationship to ancient fermentation techniques and how to make them a part of your life.

Mary and Harry will also be joined by Lily Harris, a Holistic Health Practitioner and recipe developer; and Peter Kim, the Founding Director of the Museum of Food and Drink.
