Full Body Chills came highly recommended, so much so that my failure to enjoy it feels like an anomaly. I am happy to admit that it may just not be for me, rather than an indication of the show's quality.The episodes have fascinating plots but the way they are delivered isn't appealing to me. Stories around the campfire, single-narrator storytelling has its audience however I've realised I'm not part of that audience. I just struggle to follow one lone voice talking at me the whole time and find myself wishing for third-person storytelling, dialogue, scenes and sound effects. It's easy to review something when quality is up for debate yet this is more a case of personal taste. This show wasn't for me but will appeal to others who like listening to stories.

Becomes a much, much better show after getting some competent narrators. The original one just... wasn't that good and their idea of "modifying" the story for audio apparently consisted of throwing in a bunch of "like" and "basically" after, like, every other word, basically, so it, like, ended up sounding like it was told by, basically, a 12 year old. Basically. Totally ruined otherwise decent stories.The stories after the narrators become competent are a mixed bag, but the good outnumber the trite.

Well produced story telling.

Ashley Flowers has a great reading voice! Very easy going and dangerously disarming! The stories grip you, and she brings them to life in a very true way!
