In this episode we give shout-outs to some different sports performances from this past weekend and our take-aways from the symbolism of these performances. We recognize some performances from around the running world and then delve into the concept of habitually executing each day completely and in totality. You don't stop when you are tired, you stop when you are done. We have seen numerous times in the sporting world, where someone pulls out victory from the jaws of defeat in the final moments. This is because they practice finishing everything in its entirety, all the way through, each and every day. This is a HUGE separator between being good and becoming legendary.
After some shout-outs, we go into what we have been up to lately, which leads us to talking about Cam Hane's book "Endure" and focusing on a few quotes. Among these quotes is the world needing savages and making sure the people you surround yourself with are "fanning your flames, not putting your flame out" or put another way, building you up, not tearing you down. Remember, when you pick your friends you pick your goals.
Unleash your inner savage today, and then inspire someone else to do the same.
We hope you enjoy!
