We are some busy people! And often being busy involves us looking at multiple screens at different points in time. Computer screen, phone screen, tv screen, tablet screen etc. Technology is super helpful for the multitasker, but when is it too much. Constant alerts and instant access has us always plugged in. We are so connected to our screens from the time we wake up to the time we sleep. So today we’re going to give some examples of how to really unplug, so we can properly recharge.
