I really enjoyed this episode, maybe its just me because we are reflecting on my marriage. I'm not sure, but I think this episode is incredible. 

This is a conversation between Jenn and I about communication in our relationship. I had planned that this would be about the functional parts of effective communication, which it is. But, I didn't think it would be so reflective for each of us. 

The three components of communication we discuss in this episode are

1) Active Listening and listening with curiosity

2) Sending your message and being conscious that you're words and body language are aligned.

3) Ensuring your message is received and understood as intended.
