Sara currently plays as a midfielder for the Philippine Women's National Football Team. She joined the team in June of 2022. She made her debut in the 81st minute vs Bosnia and Herzegovina and assisted a goal. She played club football in Norway for Grand Bodø, KIL/Hemne, Malvik and in the Women's Championship in England for Charlton Athletic. As of recording, she's made 9 appearances and 2 goals.
