Fredric Paul is an award-winning journalist, editor, publisher, and Web business consultant. He's been covering business and technology for longer than he cares to admit, starting at PC Magazine at the dawn of the PC age, and including stints at PC World, PC/Computing, High Technology Business, Electronic Entertainment, and CNET, where he was executive editor of CNET.com and founding editor of Builder.com, the site for site builders.Paul was also vice president of content/programming for AllBusiness.com during the dot.com boom – where he briefly became rich (on paper) and then quickly lost it all (also on paper). He's also been a contributing editor to the MIT Sloan Management Review and consulted for companies ranging from dotcoms to global banks. Before starting EnterpriseEfficiency.com, Paul was founding Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of bMighty.com (now known as InformationWeek SMB) and was editor in chief of TechWeb.com.The unifying theme in his varied career is an abiding interest in the ongoing synergy between business and technology (and sometimes culture, too) during the rise of personal computing and the Internet.
