Hello ladies and gentlemen, today's episode is a little weird.   I decided to talk about fitness, working out and general health with my friend Jovan Legetich, whom you can find on Instagram @classics_gym. Jovan is a physical trainer and a JACKED man. While doing the interview, I wanted him to physically train one of my friends and run them through a series of workouts just for a laugh. My friend who went through the workouts is Niamh and you can find her on instagram @quirkykfitness.  

The episode was fun but certainly didn't goes as planned or as expected. None the less, it was fun and different
