Top Tips to Beat Procrastination

During my recent Confidence Building for Gay Men workshop, the guys talked about procrastination and come up with some brilliant ideas on how to beat it.

1. Have a dedicated 2 point priority list
2. Allocate the real time it will take, and don’t inflate it!
3. Get others envolved to promote a sense of commitment
