Miles Marshall Lewis is an author, editor, hip-hop journalist, and a true global citizen. We had quite a bit of trouble establishing a stable audio connection, so our conversation may sound rushed as we both had to put children to bed.

He is an urbane b-boy who has such sartorial and intellectual swagger that if we had a five-part conversation, we still wouldn't have covered half the things I wanted to speak with him about.
