For this week’s episode of Geekorama, we’re talking about our predictions for 2021! What will be a hit, what might bomb, what could be a super surprise and more! It's a super packed special episode to end the year, so we are going straight into the Deep Dive for this one!

Marvel shows and Marvel Films: Trish is looking forward to a few more of these than Remy, but both agree that we might be approaching the point where the interconnected universe will become unwieldy and bloated. Are we starting to get over-saturated on Marvel content?

Disney+ and Star Wars: Remy is  looking forward to shows like Obi-Wan, Ahsoka and the Mandalorian because of the cast, not because he’s a fan of the franchise. Trish is pee her pants excited about Ahsoka, Lando, and Rogue Squadron to name a few.  But is the gluttony of upcoming content simply throwing spaghetti at the wall in the hopes some will stick?

Warner Bro’s and CW: The CW had the chance to take a year off and polish their superhero universe. Instead they canceled one of their best shows, produced what looks to be the most boring superhero shows ever and are letting another one limp along until it dies. In the meantime their parent company makes a move that will likely completely change the landscape of how we view new films. It could be a really interesting year for Warner and DC.
