We check our mental makeup and the faults in our thought patterns that make us prone to categorizing people and things unfairly. We weigh the power of social media in validating labels, the corrective power of mindfulness and critical thinking, and the power of stronger convictions and accountability as the needed tools for the much-needed anti-label crusade.

Why exactly do we label? Is labelling a result of the fault in our stars? Why do we skip the rigours of careful evaluation and opt to reiterate past stigma?
