GBD is back for episode 5 with University of Alaska Anchorage Strength & Conditioning Coach,  owner of Make Yourself, LLC, and Basketball Skill Development Trainer Alysa Horn joining Don & Jhayde. Horn describes her journey growing up in Kodiak, Alaska, the sacrifices she made to play high level basketball, and talks about what it takes to get to the next level. She also tells stories of her time from being a red-shirt at UAA to becoming a professional basketball player.
