Blimie Heller is back on the podcast to tell us about her actual journey through Intuitive Eating. In our first episode, we discussion the feeding dynamic with children, but lets face it, if we don't work on our own relationship with food and our bodies, we can't do much for our children.


This is a very important step. To actually learn what Intuitive Eating is (And what it is not), and go at your own pace. Start slow if you need to. In Blimie's case, you will hear, that she actually hit diet rock bottom after dieting for so long so this came more naturally to her. Yes, of course, their were challenges then and their still continues to be, but she has come so far in her a journey and she does feel so much freer now! 


That is one of my favorite things to hear! That making peace with food and going through the Intuitive Eating process actually makes you feel so much freer. Why do we need to stay stuck in this fear spiral around food. Food is not meant to be this big, scary monster that follows us around our whole lives. Food is meant to be a positive part of our lives.


I know it's scary but I also know you can do it!
