Pavel Shynkarenko is the Co-Founder and CEO of Solar Staff.

Pavel is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in financial and legal technologies, business development, and client-contractor relationship automation. Pavel has pursued his passion for law for over 10 years and founded his first business in the industry in 2006.

As a lawyer, he provided counseling to a number of Ukrainian companies in Kharkov as well as Ambercore Software, an international brand that was opening offices in the country. He was in charge of Internet law, information regulation in the digital space, and measures taken for companies' rights protection.

In 2007, Pavel founded Seneshal together with a partner who is also the co-founder of Adlabs. In 2011, Pavel and his partner Konstantin Lukinsky founded Seneschal International Consulting Limited in Hong Kong, specializing in tax counseling for CIS companies with internationally located offices.
