Our interviewee is a craftsman and fashion designer from Finland.  Janne Lax is the creator of Saint Vacant – a shoe label that he designs in his shop in Helsinki.  Janne also designs and makes one-off custom shoes for his clients.

We also talked to Wendy Webster, an HR consultant in Sacramento, about workplace theft.
