Relationships are the connections we have with people so how's your energy connection? When we think about relationships as energy, we can see just how we're behaving and participating in certain dynamics in relationship. In short, we take responsibility for the dynamic of energy we're brining to the relationship that we might not be happy about. The good news about this is that we have the power and the ability to change and shift those behaviors. We weren't given lessons on how to be with people growing up so this doesn't feel natural to us, but again with practice we strengthen our relationship muscles and skills and can actually transform our relationship pain to love.
