Brandon Maslan and Jennifer Hill were joined by Stephan Stubbins who is a transformative coach and whose background includes being on Broadway and co-creating a theatre company called Transcendence Theatre. He shared his inspiring takes on emotional intelligence and self-regulation to achieve one's goal of getting THE job of their dreams. He discussed the importance of seeking out the right environment. One of his mantras is that which I am seeking is also seeking me. What do Curious George and Albert Einstein have in common? Well, an insatiable curiosity of course. His suggestion in interviews was to get curious about the interviewer and find out what their passions are as a way to foster immediate connection and value. Tips on the regulation of yourself to achieve your goals were blocking time, creating a list of intentions that are ranked from most important to the least, and finding the tools that work for you. Finally, he recommended having an accountability partner as well as a great coach, which are all too often one and the same!
